Recipe of the Week - Venison Pot Roast

Venison Pot Roast 

1 Venison Roast (3-4 lbs.)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1  can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion quartered
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Carrots and potatoes

Brown venison in oil and add to crockpot.  Mix mushroom and dry onion soup together and add with the rest of the ingredients to the crockpot.    Cook on low for 6 hours.
